Hello, I had a great experience at this Subway location today. Sukhmani greeted us warmly and served us with a genuine smile. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. Always have kind friendly service here. Today the girl working was helping several customers with big orders. I think her name was Kiranjeet… she handled the orders quickly and precisely. Great job! It’s hard to work under a stressful environment by yourself and I think she was fabulous !

Just had a wonderful service by Amarpal. She was lovely and sweet. Please bring more workers like her. The ones that actually wanna be there with a smile. Keep up the good work and atmosphere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. My order was made completely wrong — the bread wasn’t what I selected, several toppings were missing, and the sandwich was extremely dry. For a simple order with clear customizations, this should not have happened. What made it worse was the lack of care or helpfulness when I tried to address the issue. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. I hope management takes this seriously because this experience was far below the standard I’ve had at other Subway locations
