  Worst customer service ever got, not just subways in entire canada , young girl working on 2nd nov, 3:30 was giving so arrogant behaviour. She did argument with previous customer and disrespect him in front of us too. And arrogant behaviour with us. Made worst

  I visited this location once in a week The staff here is so nice and friendly evening girl name Ratinder is so nice and helpful … The food here is so food and 100 percent reccomended

  had a very disappointing experience today at this Subway location. I placed an online order for the "Buy 2 Footlongs Get 1 Free" deal and selected herb and cheese bread for all sandwiches. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff member named Nancy informed me they were out of that bread and had already made my order using a different bread—without asking or informing me. When I asked her to cancel the order due to the substitution, she rudely said, “You won’t get this deal again—you can only use it once,” basically forcing me to accept the order she had already prepared. I left the store and waited in the parking lot for about 10 minutes, expecting the cancellation to go through—but the order was still not canceled. I called the store, and she answered in a very rude tone, claiming she didn’t have time to cancel my order because there was a “huge lineup.” I immediately went back into the store, found only just two customers inside—no such lineup as claimed. When I calmly told her that her behavior was rude, she again responded in a disrespectful manner, saying things like “Listen… I wasn’t free.” I asked her to speak politely, as this kind of behavior was inviting a bad review, and she blatantly replied, “I don’t care.” This entire situation wasted my time, and the lack of professionalism from someone who claimed to be the manager was truly shocking. I’ve never had such a bad experience at any Subway before, but this visit made it clear I won’t be returning to this location again.

  We just got sandwich from this restaurant. The girl was very rude. We asked to her to warm up our sandwich and, in turn her expressions were full of attitude! Girl , you are getting paid for ur service!!!
