We were assured that the pending payment would be reversed and not get posted on the account. Today, the payment got posted and I made a phone call to them. I was told I would get credited in 3-5 business days. Well I was also told the pending wouldn’t get posted but it did so how can I believe anything anyone say? And telling a customer to babysit their account to see if they got credited for a 20$ transaction is appalling. How is this my problem? Why am I doing the work for the shortcomings on your end? I urged the manager to at least give me some sandwiches for the money I paid. She said she is unable to do that and would need to talk to her district manager if I don’t receive a credit at the end of 3-5 business day period. How are you a manager if you are unable to rectify a simple customer grievance. I am done with this location. We would get sandwiches from there at least once a week. Will go to the one on 104 from now on Edit; I indeed did not get any credit back within the time frame and had to call my bank for a charge back. She outright lied to me.
