  Yesterday, when I visited this place, I noticed that only one girl was managing the entire front area while the other staff members remained in the back. Despite a 5–10 minute wait and the added challenge of homeless individuals creating a mess in the dining section, she continued to handle every situation with remarkable patience and a genuine smile. This experience made it clear that the store would greatly benefit from having additional staff, especially during the night shift.

  One of the best subway branch, unmatched in food quality. The staff here are very kind and helpful. To be honest, if you desire the best sub, I would highly recommend this location.

  Placed an order through the Subway app and went in to pick it up, but the experience wasn’t great. The attendant seemed frustrated for no reason, and despite me clearly mentioning my instructions, she didn’t bother to listen. The sandwich ended up nothing like what I ordered. Definitely disappointed with the service at this location.

  Jagdeep makes my order most of the time and always puts so much care into it. You can really tell she makes it with love. She’s super sweet and friendly every single time. It’s always such a nice experience when she’s there!

  I’ve had trouble here before but thought I’d give it another chance — that will be the last time. Stopped by on Thursday, Oct 23 at 5 p.m. There was only one employee behind the counter making subs, with three people waiting. After waiting a while, I asked if she was working alone, and she said yes. Instead of making my sub, she started an online order, so I waited even longer. After about 10 minutes, she finally started on mine. I had asked for extra veggies before she began, but she kept putting on very little — I had to repeat myself several times. After roughly 15 minutes, I was finally ready to pay, and two other employees came back inside after “taking out the garbage.” Strange that it takes two people more than 15 minutes to do that. When I asked why she said she was alone, I just got a blank stare. Worst Subway location I’ve been to. Poor service and no sense of urgency.
