  I went to the subway for the first time. There were two people working a male and a female. The female that was working is the most sweetest kindest fast food attendant that I've ever met I highly suggest coming to this location. The food is fresh the soup is hot and they put a lot more vegetable toppings than other subways. I know someone that only eats veggie Delight I am very happy. Please come visit these lovely humans at this location you won't be disappointed

  The boy with the beard who works there barely puts ANY meat, at this point I am eating an entire vegetable subway. The rest of the woman there are fine. He need’s to start putting in the full scoop of meat, he doesn't even put in half. I do construction so I always come durning my breaks tired. Please do better and provide us what we pay for.

  I recently visited Subway and had a really good experience.Pratham were friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The vegetables were fresh, bread was soft, and everything tasted great. The store was clean and well-organized, and the service was quick even though it was a bit busy. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and customer service. I will definitely visit again!

  This was my second order from this store: two footlongs the big veggie and peri-peri chicken. Though the veggie was good but the peri-peri chicken was lacking the quantity of chicken and meet & greet by the staff was missing even when I greeted no response. As compared to other Surrey stores, the quantity of filling was less. Will be hesitant to buy from here again. Also, no feedback option available on app. -Nitish J.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The employee named Komal was incredibly rude and unprofessional rolling her eyes at customers, showing attitude, and not listening when people tried to order. Many people like to start their day with Subway for a fresh and friendly experience, but when staff behave like this, it completely ruins the visit. Afterward, I checked online and noticed multiple reviews mentioning the same negative behavior from Komal, which makes me wonder why this issue hasn’t been addressed yet. I’d give zero stars if I could. Subway should really look into this — customers deserve respectful service, not eye-rolls and attitude.
