Today I met a girl at this location near about 9 pm .She single-handedly prepared nine sandwiches for me and my friends, patiently explaining the 3-footlong deal. The spotless environment, exceptional service, and her cheerful attitude impressed us—absolutely a 10/10 experience.

I love Subway and I love coming to this location. Today, one of the employees intentionally overcharged me and thought she was gonna get away with it. This is absolutely not OK and I am very disappointed. I asked for the receipt because I knew that something was wrong with the total of my order. She then knew what she did and checked the receipt before she gave it to me because she did try to rip me off. Then tried to apologize, saying I’m so sorry I charged you an extra dollar even though it seemed like more than that. She did give me the $1.10 back out of her tips, which I think should’ve been out of the till. I honestly don’t care if I had an attitude or maybe I was a little rude. It gives your employees no reason to try to rip people off on purpose. Please be careful when you come to this location always get your receipt and tell them when they make a mistake. This was not a mistake. 👎🏻 Your employees will be held accountable.
