  This Save-on is as good as any other location. They have mostly everything you need for your shopping needs and the service is prompt and courteous. I also like how they decoate their store for the holidays.

  Don't exchange your Sodastream CO2 cannisters here. You will be scammed. Tonight my husband and I went into this location to swap our empty Sodastream cannister for a new one. They were pretty busy, so they had to open a new lane for us, and when I placed the cannisters down, the Customer Service Rep asked our cashier if she knew how to do an exchange. The cashier said she didn't remember and asked her to help. The CS rep ( who I've dealt with before ) was a short older lady, who is very rude most of the time. She quickly tried to scan everything through and then walked off expecting me to just pay for it as she had to help someone at the CS desk. The price for the exchange was wrong. Regular price for a cannister is $24.99, but if you are exchanging an empty cannister, the price is supposed to be $19.99. The way this CS Rep rang things up, I was being charged full price for my exchange. I pointed it out to the cashier, who had no idea what was going on and didn't know what to do and was totally lost. The CS Rep saw me pointing out that it wasn't right, and began to yell at me from the CS desk, when I was at the cashier closest to the self check outs. CS Rep yelled that the price was right, when my husband and I both knew it wasn't. And then she began to get rude, and yelled at me that the price has "gone up ma'am" with an attitude. The price for exchanging an empty cannister has not gone up, and you can see it plain as day on their website that the price to exchange is $19.99. I refused to pay and took my empty cannister back. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. I had this same issue happen a couple months ago, but I hadn't caught it until I was half way home. And when I went back to try dealing with the same CS rep, she spoke to me like I was a child, and was extremely rude, trying to make me feel like I was an idiot, when I was actually right. And when I continued to point out she was wrong, and provide the correct price, she finally stopped and gave me the correct exchange price. DO NOT EXCHANGE YOU SODASTREAM CANNISTERS HERE. Go to Canadian Tire or Superstore. I reported this to head office, but clearly they don't give a crap and continue to have poorly trained staff, or have staff that are trying to scam you out of money. I will no longer be going to this store for my exchanges, and am now considering no longer shopping there at all. Terrible service.

  today on 27 January, the guy who doing security has such a bad attitude like we are just calling him to ask about something and he put his hand on us and started talking on the call and ignore us

  This grocery store itself is great, but the security staff needs immediate improvement and better training. I shop here almost every day or every other day and live in the area. I come in with a list, shop quickly, and mind my business—yet I am consistently followed by security. This is not subtle, and it is not occasional. On my most recent visit, the behavior crossed a line. While in the produce section, I turned to move to another area and found a security guard standing roughly two feet away from me, watching me. Later, in another aisle where two employees were stocking shelves, the same guard was positioned at the end of the aisle watching me again from around the corner. This level of surveillance is uncomfortable and unacceptable for a regular customer. It has reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable shopping here alone. If this continues, I will take my business elsewhere, which is unfortunate because the store itself is otherwise very good. But the convenience of the store being in the area at this point is not worth going into.
