  Staff was lovely. Had the food I needed but extremely expensive compared to other grocery stores in Surrey, for exact same product.

  Came in to return a Box of Lindor heart chocolates and was handled rudely by the customer service worker. She berated me about how I should have taken the item to the location i purchased from and that they will lose money on the sale since it is on clearance now. That shouldn't be the problem of the consumer, you offer a 100% money back guarantee not location based. The worker acted like the return will come directly out of their pocket and made me feel really uncomfortable and im now not planning on shopping at Save On Foods again because of this kind of experience. The Boc of chocolates was original price 41.99 card sale of 37.99 but the same chocolate the same day was 27.99 at london drugs. The whole experience was humiliating. PFG 32.8 Billion in revenue last year and a $40 return should not be handled like this.

  Absolutely disappointed with the behavior of manager Kate at this Save-On-Foods. A product was marked $20 on the shelf but scanned as $27. When I questioned it, she rudely said “pay $27 or leave,” went to the shelf, changed the price, and showed zero respect. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I’ve been shopping here for 4 years, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering coming back. Save-On-Foods should take strict action against such behavior.

  Subject: Unacceptable service at Bakery department ​I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at the Save-On-Foods (120th & 88th) on December 26th, 2025, at approximately 3:10 PM. ​I dealt with a staff member in the bakery (I believe her name was Parween). Her conduct was incredibly unprofessional; she appeared very upset and was treated me with a rude, dismissive attitude that made me feel unwelcome as a customer. ​I want to highlight that I brought this to the attention of the on-duty supervisor, who was a very kind and professional lady. She listened to my concerns and promised to look into the matter. While I appreciate the supervisor’s help, the behavior of the bakery staff member was so poor that it ruined my shopping experience. ​I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff's conduct in the bakery department. I value this store, but this level of service is unacceptable.
