- PSPhoebelyn Sane5 days ago1.0My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the assistant manager working at the cooked meal sections at Save-On in Semiahmoo Mall. This incident occurred on November 18 at approximately 2:00 PM. I did not catch her name, but she was a young Indian woman wearing a name plate that identified her as an Assistant Manager. Her behaviour was completely unacceptable. She was openly rude, slamming the food down in front of us and displaying clear anger, as if she was ready to argue or pick a fight. Her facial expressions made it obvious that she was upset, and she chose to take it out on customers. This is unprofessional, inappropriate, and should never happen in a customer service environment. No customer should be treated this way. Immediate retraining or corrective action is necessary to prevent this type of behaviour from continuing. Despite her conduct, my husband and I remained respectful, but the experience left a very negative impression. Save-On needs to address this promptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

We are grateful for all the staff and in particular, Neha who always goes the extra mile and makes a complicated request easier and always with a positive attitude. The patience and kindness and communication skills of all the staff plays a big part in their support of patient well being.

He would not listen to what I had to say and made me show what I had bought. He was very rude,disrespectful,and the whole experience was very embarrassing. The cashier said go back and get another box of appetizers and it would be ok to just leave because she had charged me for it.
