No one greeted me when I entered the store, and the associate who helped me at the till had no knowledge about a product I bought . Instead of apologizing or addressing my concern as a customer, she seemed more focused on being excited to learn from her coworker. Her attitude came across as cold and full of ego, which left a very negative impression. Overall, the staff did not seem happy to be working there, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming compared to how it used to be. I used to shop there often because the previous staff were much more professional and friendly. As a Store Manager myself, I strongly believe you need to hire people who actually enjoy working with customers, because right now the level of service is very poor.
