An item was scanned incorrectly, and even after showing a photo of the posted price, the staff was very difficult about correcting the issue. The item I purchased rang up as $4.29 plus tax, while the posted price was $3.99. When I requested a refund, I was told I could only receive 10 cents back and that I still had to pay tax on top of the tax I had already paid, which made no sense. Instead of simply resolving the mistake, the employee became condescending and tried to explain basic addition and subtraction. At that point, it stopped being about the money and became about the lack of professionalism and respect. I ultimately told them to keep the item. Very frustrating experience.

Rather than admit that, they each took me on a while goose chase around the store for at least 20 minutes each, and making me late for my appointment. The third staff member had no idea if the item was stocked and said so but took the time to search every possible place, where it might be. Alas, the item - soft corn tortillas - were nowhere to be found.
