  I like the atmosphere at Save-On but no longer carrying a basic sauce like Heinz 57 forces me to go to Walmart so I end up spending more money there even though I dislike shopping there. Also, I'm not a fan of their self checkout. More than once I've needed assistance as it kept telling me to move my bag. Also, you need your card if you want the member price.

  Brought back meat today that was reeking, despite being purchased a day ago, refrigerated immediately, and still before the date labelled. This has happened to us and others we know multiple times… please look into it. Someone can get seriously sick. Appreciate Jas’s assistance and understanding.

  I am a regular customer at your store and wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences. One of your cashiers consistently provides excellent service—she is welcoming, friendly, and truly makes customers feel valued. Her positive attitude reflects very well on your store. However, I have unfortunately had repeated interactions with another cashier whose approach has been quite the opposite. On several occasions, she has not acknowledged me with a greeting or a thank-you, and her demeanor has come across as rude and unwelcoming. These interactions left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, as it was the poorest customer service I have experienced at your store. I believe customer service plays a vital role in the overall shopping experience, and I feel this employee would greatly benefit from additional customer service training to meet the standards your store is known for. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be received constructively and help maintain the positive environment that keeps customers like myself returning.   We use curbside pickup and have been coming to this location once a week for the past 7–8 months. This store could definitely improve in this area. Often, there are not enough staff available, or—if it is raining—I am asked to park in the covered area where the carts are stored, even though parking is not permitted there. The issue is that if other cars are already parked there, I cannot park safely. On few occasions when I did park there, I received disapproving looks from the public—rightfully so, as that covered area is intended for pedestrians as well. Creating a dedicated covered curbside pickup area would make the process easier and safer for both staff and customers, particularly during poor weather conditions.

  Worst customer service. Place is good but the cashier lady was so rude. I am their regular customer, come almost everyday to buy soup. Today my card got declined- IDK why. Cashir gave me so bad attitude and talk very rudely. This is not a way to treat someone. Instead of saying dear in words, show some respect in your tone and attitude as well.
