After waiting for 20 minutes, I politely asked about the order status. Instead of giving a normal response, the female staff member at the front counter named HARMAN started speaking very rudely and disrespectfully. As a customer, being talked to in such a tone is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable, and it clearly shows a serious lack of customer service training. I hope the management looks into the behaviour of the staff on duty today, because no customer should be treated like this.
