I waited at the front for over 15 minutes and not a single staff member came by to ask if I needed help or even acknowledge me. Several employees walked past and clearly saw me standing there, but chose to ignore me. Customer service is a big part of the restaurant experience, and this was honestly embarrassing to witness from a place that’s supposed to be professional. If you don’t have enough staff or are too busy, at least communicate with customers. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I was with a friend who has a long list of food restrictions due to ongoing allergy testing, and at first they were only planning to order tea. Naya took the time to carefully review the restrictions, checked directly with the kitchen, and used her knowledge to create a menu option. Because of her effort and care, my friend was able to adjust their order and actually enjoy a meal without any issues. Beyond that, Naya was friendly, funny, easy-going, and genuinely eager to make sure we were fully taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference in our experience, and we felt completely at ease in her care. Truly outstanding service!
