  We had a phone order and we were picking it through drive through and there was a philipino guy with specs and straight hairs he was extremely rude and nonchalant he didn’t gave us sides and was making faces which is extremely disrespectful

  The service quality here is very low. Staff don’t seem to understand proper food service procedures, and food is often served without a tray. As a McDonald’s crew member, I expected my crew discount, but it was not provided. This location needs better training and supervision.

  7:45pm December 30th. Great drive thru service, very friendly cashier at the window, and the pie was delicious 😋

  Copy of my email sent to Corporate Complaints dept: My son went through the drivethru today just prior to noon. He ordered two sausage and egger combos with OJ. When he arrived home we found that one of the sandwiches had only half the english muffin. I found it near breathtaking to consider the level of incompetence a human being would need to display to not notice half an item is missing. I googled the store location to call and complain, and quickly found on recent reviews that apparently this location also provides Big Macs minus the meat, so it is clearly a pattern of sorts at this location to package orders while blindfolded. I called 5 times over a 10 minute span, and the phone rings endlessly. I can only surmise that the individual who made my food is also in charge of answering phones, and has not yet deciphered the complexity of this task either. It raises other concerns, such as, are the employees here washing their hands? Should there be a training session provided on how to tie their shoes? There are also safety concerns such as not sticking their hands or heads into deep fryers, or juggling knives while blindfolded? As a multinational corporation, I would hope this email, and the multitude of reviews from others concerns you deeply. While I admit to a tendency towards sarcasm, I would surmise that this location needs some significant assistance and oversight from head office. This is also my 2nd attempt at submitting this complaint, as I received a "Oops something went wrong" error on the first attempt, which I found almost funny after today's total experience.
