  Yakk place🤮🤮🤮….staff so unprofessional…so rude and moreover the place SO UNHYGIENIC AND DIRTYY..i won't be preffering to come here again and waste my money.. The staff there has made the place so shit.. Prefer to go to 104 av...disgusting mcd I ever went to 🤢

  If I could give it a zero I would. This place was so disgustingly dirty I was horrified. Every table dirty, sticky, old good stuck the the sides of the tables and dirty seats too. The music so loud that the girl at the till could not hear us. We wanted to try the new vegi burger, asked for cheese and mayo. It came with most of the mayo in one blob at the side and spilling into the box. The cheese slice was not even on the patty but hanging off the edge of the bun and melted onto the box. We tried to scrape it off the box but it was melted right into it. So we paid for cheese but didn't get to eat it. And so many people crowded up aroung the pick up counter we couldnt get to our order without asking people to move and getting dirty looks from all the addicts hanging about. Absolutely horrible experience. Never setting foot in a MacDonalds again !!! Cannot believe people eat this stuff knowing how disgusting and dirty the whole place is.

  This location needs to open the lobby overnight as the drive thru line is way too long. This is an ongoing issue and i have expressed this concern before but to no avail. Writing this review I’ve been sitting in the drive-thru queue for 15 minutes and not one car has moved. It’s absolutely ridiculous, borderline cruel, and insane. Add more workers overnight and open the doors to elevate service bottlenecks and backlogs.

  This location is one of the worst. Drive 5-10mins away but go to another location. Even the 104 one near 146Ave. I stood in the drive thru for almost 15mins. The hash brown was re-fried so many times I almost puked when I bit into the old, greasy tasting oil. The breakfast sandwich was stale. And the coffee wasn’t fresh. I will 💯 % avoid this location at all costs. Will never go back again. Not efficient, disgusting food, terrible customer service.

  This is, without question, the WORST McDonald's location I have ever visited. My visit around 11:00 p.m. a few nights ago was a maddening experience fueled by ridiculous policy and completely unprofessional staff. The main doors were locked, so I went to the back only to find the drive-thru ordering machine was broken. When I approached the small service window to place my order directly, the employee refused service, coldly stating that I "needed to be in a vehicle" to order from the drive-thru. I explained that I had specifically traveled here, but she simply dismissed me, saying she "didn't care" and was extremely unprofessional throughout the interaction. This policy is illogical and frustrating. Why keep the restaurant open and the kitchen running if you are going to aggressively deny food to a customer who has traveled there? It's utterly nonsensical. The employees here are the most unprofessional I have ever encountered at a McDonald's, and the staff's complete disregard for a customer walking away empty-handed is truly appalling. Fix your broken systems, and urgently retrain your staff on basic customer respect.
