    Tonight we visited McDonald’s expecting normal customer service, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We ordered dessert through the McDonald’s mobile app, assuming the order would be prepared normally. However, when we arrived, the employee refused to serve us and said they were only doing Uber Eats and Skip orders. This information was never communicated on the app, so naturally we were confused. We politely spoke to a lady employee wearing glasses to understand the situation, but her behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Instead of helping us or explaining properly, she repeatedly told us to place a delivery order and even suggested we should “give Uber drivers some money to earn.” She showed no interest in assisting us as customers and asked us not to stand on the property. We were also told to go a few blocks away to Burger King instead, which was shocking to hear from a customer service employee. As customers, we expect respectful communication and clear guidance, not dismissal or rude behavior. Interestingly, when we later spoke to staff at another location through the drive-through, they were willing to help without any issue which shows that good customer service is still possible. This experience made us feel unwelcome and frustrated. We hope management reviews staff training, communication policies, and customer service standards so that future customers do not face similar treatment. If situations like this continue, customers may simply choose not to leave their homes or visit the location again. We genuinely hope improvements are made because customer experience matters. Pls managers take some actions🤝

    We went to get McFlurry late night cravings with high hopes so we reach there it’s only drive thru orders so we place a drive thru order but we don’t have a car we are there to pick it up because we saw others pick orders from the back keep in mind there were orders being served to uber drivers and doordash drivers from the back window this employee could’ve easily given us ours from there but she asked us to cancel our order and told us to leave “her”property talking like she’s the manager saying it’s for safety reasons and that we should order a delivery order from uber because they “want to earn more money” yet all we wanted was our order from that window it was that easy to hand us our drive thru order from the back since we just want to pick it up and leave we do not have a car. She then tells us we can go ahead and order at Burger King so we then had to go there and we got an Oreo blast that is way better than the McFlurry and way better service and communication with the employees. I pray this McDonald’s gets a better employee please counsel the lady with specs that works in the drive thru on Saturday morning at 12AM. She was very rude and very disrespectful she could easily give us our order without any burden we were also paying money but poor lady wanted to “earn more money” so she asked us to go to Burger King since we weren’t able to pick up using Uber Eats or DoorDash. I wish I could give stars in minus.

    i wish i could give 0 starts. i ordered through the app for pick up to be quicker, then i followed the instructions on the app and pull up to the drive thru. when i get at the drive thru and tell them i have an order to pick up, they tell me to come to the front door. i waited for 15 minutes and after knocking on the door several times, they finally came to the front ask me what was my order, then another 5 minutes later they come back with my fries and coke. im sorry but this is insane, specially in a sketchy area late at night.

    I visit this McDonald’s frequently at night, usually around 10 PM. I want to highlight an issue with one of the night shift employees. She wears glasses and has been consistently very rude and uncooperative. On multiple occasions, including last night, I experienced delays and unprofessional behavior from her. She did not handle orders properly and spoke in a disrespectful manner. I have also heard from my friends that this seems to be a recurring issue. I hope the management addresses this behavior and ensures that customers are treated politely, especially during late-night hours.

    This location on King George Hwy was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. They were out of Big Macs, then several people were complaining about their orders being inve 20 minutes wait. Our order came up but they were out of cooked fries so we needed to wait. Then all our burgers looked like they just threw the layers into the container. My filet o fish, had a small, about the size of a quarter, smear of tarter sauce, when I showed them and asked for more they tried to charge me for it. Place was also dirty, not a clean table at all. Not at all worth the $50 for a table of 4.
