    Ordered a breakfast combo. Asked for an extra hash brown on the side. Repeated several time an extra hash brown so 2 total. The worker asked if it was inside the wrap we stated no on the side. So 2 total. Got to the window there were no hash browns at all in the bag.After raising this concern we were given a hash brown to go with the combo but told we would have to pay for the extra one. This is frustrating as we spent several minutes at the speaker clarifying we want two hash browns. The worker “Priya” said she asked us three times about the hash browns. This is true however we stated multiple times we want it on the side not inside. Customer service shouldn’t be telling the customer there wrong rather it should be fixing the error that was made.

    I’ve had some lame experiences here, as they consistently cheap out (skimp) on the fries! Most often only 3/4 full. HOWEVER, I must say.. the lady that was working the drive-through at 4:20pm on Tuesday, Oct 21st was amazing. Wow, that lady was so professional and on point. She understood the mission and delivered my ‘customized’ meal like a champ. Her professional drive tru skills won my service back (and possibly my heart) lol. Managers take note of that lady.
