The store was super clean, and the entire team was extremely professional. A special mention to Veerpal, the shift manager — very professional and polite. All the girls working during my visit were so calm and focused; they did their jobs quietly and efficiently. You could barely even notice the staff because everything ran so smoothly. I really appreciated the professionalism — all the staff were Indian (Punjabi), and unlike at many other places where the staff talk loudly or joke around in Punjabi in front of customers, everyone here was respectful, courteous, and completely customer-focused. Thank you to Veerpal and the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service. Keep up the great work — this McDonald’s truly sets an example for others!
