The Junior Chicken was cold , cooked in very dirty oil,soggy, and the bun tasted stale. The sauce was unevenly spread, making the sandwich dry in some bites and messy in others. The nuggets were overcooked and hard, not juicy like they usually are. They tasted old and not fresh at all. The fries were also cold by the time I received my order. I understand that mistakes can happen during busy hours, the main point is restaurant is not buy at that moment, not even a single customer was there,but the food quality did not meet the usual standard. I expected at least a simple “sorry” for the inconvenience, but instead, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Good customer service starts with basic manners and respect. A sincere apology can make a big difference Overall, the food quality was poor, and it did not meet my expectations. I hope the staff pays more attention to freshness and quality control in the future.
