    Made us wait more than 20 mins to bring out food than once I was walking in to grab it lady comes up says it took time to cook the burger was cold worst part is the entire encounter was with the manager which shows this location is terrible

    Today at 12.05 am they refused to take the order .she told be we are counting cash due to end of month. Lot of customers made and saying it’s not fair , Company needs to inform public the customer online or display on the restaurant that on month end we can not take the orders after 12 am. Counter refuse is not fair for customer . Management needs to display and closing time on month end in the store . Customer taker was very rude and irresponsible.

    Was doing Uber Eats late at night, a time when McDonald’s is usually not busy. As a senior manager at McDonald’s, I know exactly how store operations run. When I arrived to pick up the order, there was no real line—just two cars ahead of me. Despite that, the staff told me to wait five minutes at the drive-thru and then come back again to collect the order. That made absolutely no operational sense whatsoever. To make things worse, the staff—and especially the manager on duty—were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. For what reason? Ego? Poor training? Lack of basic customer service skills? If a team can’t handle customers calmly and professionally even during night hours, then customer service clearly isn’t the right job for them. McDonald’s standards are supposed to be about speed, efficiency, and respect—none of which were visible here. If delivering basic courtesy feels like a burden, then maybe it’s time to reconsider your role, because this behavior reflects poorly on the brand and is completely unacceptable.

    I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Navpreet Kaur. She was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure my order was accurate and served with a smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Navpreet is a great example of how customer service should be McDonald’s is lucky to have her.

    Extremely frustrating experience in the Drive Thru this evening. I ordered ahead on the app and even told the app I was there when I was still 3 blocks away to try to avoid the following, but alas it still happened. I pull up to the food window and she asks me to pull aside because my breakfast sandwich was going to take a few minutes, I obliged because I understand that they aren’t prepped for breakfast at 7pm. I end up sitting in the spot for 16 mins (plus if you add the driving time when I was still a few blocks away, they had 20mins to make my breakfast sandwich). When she brings me my order I ask why it took 20 mins, she tells me its because they have to make it fresh, I clarified that that takes 20 mins and she said yes. So I expect to have a pipping hot breakfast sandwich. I get a block away and reach in the bag to grab my sandwich and it is entirely ICE COLD, no warmth whatsoever. So what was I waiting 20 mims for?
