  I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Navpreet Kaur. She was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure my order was accurate and served with a smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Navpreet is a great example of how customer service should be McDonald’s is lucky to have her.

  Extremely frustrating experience in the Drive Thru this evening. I ordered ahead on the app and even told the app I was there when I was still 3 blocks away to try to avoid the following, but alas it still happened. I pull up to the food window and she asks me to pull aside because my breakfast sandwich was going to take a few minutes, I obliged because I understand that they aren’t prepped for breakfast at 7pm. I end up sitting in the spot for 16 mins (plus if you add the driving time when I was still a few blocks away, they had 20mins to make my breakfast sandwich). When she brings me my order I ask why it took 20 mins, she tells me its because they have to make it fresh, I clarified that that takes 20 mins and she said yes. So I expect to have a pipping hot breakfast sandwich. I get a block away and reach in the bag to grab my sandwich and it is entirely ICE COLD, no warmth whatsoever. So what was I waiting 20 mims for?

  This was the worst experience, I was asked my English muffin to be extra toasted and got nothin but a hard time and unexperienced staff and management to the point that their lack of customer service caused the line to grow which they simply past on to me and decided to half fast my order and not to mention, still

  If I would have the option , I will definitely give this place zero rating , I have been to many places but the experience i had here is worst .The customer service is worst.The employeer really need to look upon this and atleast give the training again to employees that how to treat with customers atleast.

  I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. I ordered 3 Junior Chickens and 1 McVeggie combo, and even paid extra for 4 sauces. When I parked and checked the bag, only 2 sauces were included, so I had to drive back to collect the rest. Mistakes happen, so I let that go. However, when I got home and opened my burgers, I realized they were missing the cheese and onions I had paid extra for. At that point, it was honestly ridiculous. It’s not a complicated order, yet multiple things were still wrong. The service was extremely disappointing, and this visit has completely put me off returning. I’ve attached a photo of the burger and the receipt with the date to show exactly what I received. Horrendous service — I won’t be coming back to this location.
