    If I could give less than 1 star I would. They gave our food to the wrong car (bag was opened and the fries and stuff were touched). Employee realized she made a mistake and took the food from the wrong car and tried to give it to us, and we sent the food back as we wanted to be remade due to allergic and contamination concerns. Employee pretended to bring it back and remake it and came back in a minute and said that the food was remade while we watched her pick up the same bag with the same items. When we asked the manager why she would do this, the manager said that the employee didn't see anyone touch any of the items in the wrong car and thought it would be fine.

    I came brought some McDouble and two teas , I went to washroom , came back and my laptop was gone , I went to the management to complain to she didn’t even let me land and cut off … least they could was to show concern or even produce CCTV footage to me , but apparently nothing and they cut me of twice … CAME BACK TO AN EMPTY TABLE WITH MACBOOK GONE .. will be filing a complaint with McDonald’s…

    I ordered my food and never got it and then I asked them about it and they said the food was gone and they are not making it again. I told them I payed for it and they told me it wasn’t their problem. My friend got me another one and i found spit on my burger.

    This was our first stop while traveling in Canada, and overall it made a good first impression. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, there was a longer wait than expected for the hotel room to be ready, which was a bit inconvenient.

    I worked a late night tonight and on my way home I decided to stop the McDonald's at this location - 176 and 64. A staff member name Sam served me☺️ I believe she is a manager! SAM it's because of you. I will continue to come to this location she definitely knows what customer service is supposed to be like , she smiled she was polite. She was genuine. The whole experience was phenomenal ☺️ She was 100% from beginning to end. Perfect! In every way I would give that girl a raise and because of Sam I will continue to come to this location. Sam, thank you for your amazing hospitality and service and making it an amazing all around service. Because of you and your staff behind the scenes smiling, you obviously reflect and lead by an amazing example because your team behind you support that by their genuine smiles and eye contact and making sure that I was okay. I came to this location early Thursday morning at , 12:30 a.m. on December the 4th. Thank you Sam& her amazing Staff!! I used to be manager at McDonald's and that's what customer service should be .like always❤️ Most people will write a review. Use your negative. They don't take the time to share positive experiences such as today for me. I think it's important that we make that time and I wanted to do this because I know what it's like on the other end. And as I mentioned, that girl deserves a raise Sam. Thank you so much! Because of you, I will tell my friends and I will continue to come to this location. You made my night! We need more people like her. Also coming in at this time of night cuz I work late. This restaurant was tidy everywhere windows were clean, doors were clean. The parking lot was clean. Clean tables. Clean floor, clean bathrooms and she wasn't just focused on the dryer. See she is very wireless surroundings of her team. Other customers phenomenal people should pay staff more money for the job they do. People need to appreciate it's not just flipping burgers. It's a whole lot more to it. I'm so happy that I went to this location because a lot of the industry customer service is not like it used to be. It's going downhill so I hope that. Sam grows in this industry and spreads her traits because she's just amazing. Thank you Michelle
