This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Accuracy matters, especially in fast food where customers are paying for complete meals and often don’t have time to come back. This isn’t even the first time this has happened, which makes it even more unacceptable. Please do better and take order accuracy seriously.

The ineptitude and rude attitude of this lady warrants a very low, dissatisfied review. The order consists of only 2 coffees but there was a mistake so we were asked to wait by parking #1. She then came out with 1 coffee and when we told her our order had 2 coffees, she gave us rude remark. A disrespectful, unpleasant experience for a simple coffee order. As she is still young, I hope this message reaches her for her to self reflect. I wish her blessings on developing a beautiful character. Mistakes happen, but remember to carry oneself in a kind, dignified manner. Good luck -
