I worked at McDonald’s for five years. I am aware that to switch an order you just have to click into it delete the first iced coffee and type in a new one. I hate complaining, but it’s been multiple times at this McDonald’s, the staff are very rude.

I just ordered 2 quarter pounder meal one with ONLY ONIONS AND EXTRA ONIONS. 1 is NO PICKLES through drive through. I was already at our home when I called them and informed them. We went after few days (as we only around the area when we’re going to Guildford), and asked for the same thing. One with ONLY ONIONS and EXTRA ONIONS. One with NO PICKLES. Simple NO ONIONS NO PICKLES. WE STILL RECEIVED REGULAR ONE. My wife didn’t bother, as she can just removed the pickles, and was hungry by this time and we’re just charging our car. To my dismay, there is EXTRA ONIONS with EVERYTHING ON IT. I even heard the Manager who was in charge by this time, to the backender that ONLY ONIONS AND EXTRA ONIONS, she even explained it by their language and still messed up a simple order. — the manager who made my replacement for the 3rd time didn’t even wash her hands doing it. If you don’t wash your hands making food, just make sure to have gloves. I saw cause I was looking if they’re still messed up a regular order. — I was a manager in McDonalds in Winnipeg for 5 yrs, and this is ridiculous.

Then when I went to pick up my food and politely asked for ketchup, the girl gave me a rude expression and said, “It’s inside,” in a very dismissive tone. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy made the experience really unpleasant. McDonald’s should train their staff to be more polite and welcoming.
