I specifically asked the staff member if it was an extra large since that’s what I ordered, and she said yes. I ended up parking and going inside to double-check with the manager. She confirmed it was actually a large. I showed her my receipt clearly stating I ordered an extra large. At that point her expression changed and she started speaking in a different language that I didn’t understand. She then gave me the correct size, but there was no apology at all. It was rude and a complete waste of my time. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters and this wasn’t handled professionally.

At the point I got fed up, I called in to actually talk to a manager about a possible training issue as it had been the same oversight again and again. I spoke with Manjinder K, the shift manager on duty at that moment, and was so happy with the kindness and professionalism I was met with. She handled the situation so well, assuring me she'd speak with the staff and ended up giving me part of my order free the next time I go in, for the repeated inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service, you don't see it as often these days. Thanks Manjinder so taking an unpleasant experience and turning it around.
