  This location has disappointed me in so many ways. 7 out of 10 orders I've made here are either missing something or are completely wrong. I thought maybe because i usually order late at night and its more prone to mistakes but NO, no matter what time of the day, theyre consistently bad. I think there's something systematically wrong with how this location is managed. The frontline people working here are generally nice and kind but there's utter lack of attention to detail in everything. No one checks the order slips before handing over food, when you correct it with them, they still miss things. It's mind-boggling. I like McDonalds and it wont stop me from ordering here but i feel like i have to be that annoying customer who has to check everything in front of them before letting them go - I dont even want to do that. There's no quality control, training is probably subpar and management needs to get their stuff together. Corporate needs to look at this location and do massive overhaul. I feel bad for these kids working here, theyre probably not even equipped to do an OK job and theyll go out into the world, do other bigger jobs and find that they werent prepared well. So disappointing and frustrating.

  We ordered hashbrowns which were really hard we can't even broke it and it were really burned. I feel like if they even check before giving it to customer

  I picked up the order around 12:45 this night . Night shift girl was so rude. No busy, no care at the back still in hurry. And oreo Mac flurry was not blended properly it was just plain at bottom. Very disappointed.

  No stars 1 star for delivering boxes and containers that resembled a Big Mac mcChicken & McDouble Both Big Mac and McChicken were dry deflated and lacked any any taste resemblance. The McDouble although tasted ok was overly soggy The fries were ok but how do you screw up fries Avoid this branch they don’t make them right or get cheep on ingredients.

  I use drive through on December 2nd worth 33 dollars and they billed me twice as the lady at the window don’t listen despite repeatedly telling her I have paid the first window, she insisted to billed me again the second time, I tried asking the manager to refund me but she said it will come to my account in 5 business days, I am still waiting and it’s already December 10th. I advice every customer to check your bank that day December 2, around 4-7 they might billed you double like what happened to me. Be aware !! Thanks
