I am extremely disappointed and outright shocked by the level of disrespect at this McDonald’s. I specifically asked for fresh food, and they still gave me old, stale, completely cold food as if customers don’t matter at all. When I called the store to complain, they didn’t even bother to listen — they hung up the phone on me.
This is absolutely ridiculous and shows zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero respect for customers. I’m done with this place, and I strongly warn others to stay away. This location clearly does not care about quality or customer service.
The staff at this location behave as if they have no training, no manners, and no interest in serving customers. Their attitude is downright rude and disrespectful. It feels like they don’t care about the job at all — they throw cold, low-quality food at customers and act irritated when someone asks for proper service. Instead of doing their work responsibly, they bring their personal anger from home and dump it on customers. This level of unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a total failure in management and staff discipline.

Didn’t have a working drink machine and wouldnt refund us only offered more flat and watery drinks..
All our orders were wrong or missing sauce.. very chaotic place.. play place was really dirty and poorly lit. Bathroom was disgusting.

I was at 10:58am at drive thru asked for lunch items and told them that i will wait if it will take some time as two minutes left for lunch items to start but they refused me saying thy that i cant take my order until its 11:00am, i had to come back again in the drive thru literally two minutes after again to get my order and in first instance it was already 11:01 when i reached the food pickup window, service needs to be upgraded for such tomes like two minutes when I already told the take my order i am willing to wait for it in the parking lot

Do I have to say anymore who actually runs a restaurant like this and thinks this is good? Just go and order there and enjoy your experience of being ignored/given wrong food.
Y'all need to explain to your staff that they have to engage with the customer not look scared and run away when asked for help.

The night shift crew at the 96th location are the best! They have such good and friendly attitudes. They are quick and efficient! My order is always correct. Thank you night shift! Please keep up the great work!
