    Kind of stumped at the fact that I couldn’t buy uno cards for my daughter. Both managers denied me and said I had to buy a happy meal. I explained I cannot as it’s not kosher meat and my child cannot eat it. A muslim manager came out saying those were the rules and I had to buy if I wanted the toy. I explained we’re Muslim and It wouldn’t make sense because we can’t consume the food. She still insisted which is wild to me. I’ve bought toys in the past and it was never a problem. Didn’t realize how strict they got with the rules in regard to not being able to buy certain toys if the meal is not bought.

    Absolutely unprofessional staff, I placed an order on uber eats which when I received did match on the receipt outside but inside it was a completely different order number. This wasn’t a big issue as I got the uber credits but when I called the store the girl working there without even asking or bothering to listen the whole story blamed it all on uber which is not possible because crew packs the orders and the order description was correct on the outside. Then when she got to know about all of this she apologised and I reordered and told her specifically to get it correct this time. Even the second order was wrong I received a medium beverage even though I upgraded to a large one. Teach your crew how to read.

    Owner trying to Saving money by turning Kids room heating off. I had to ask them to turn on 2 times and supervisor told me She have turned it on and it takes time. I touched the vents and they were completely cold. Mcdonal team should take action on this. This happened February 20 3:30 pm. This is first time am in this location. Also charged me 0.32 cents for 1 empty cup

    I just ordered a no egg wrap on a delivery app coz I am a complete vegetarian, and guess what I got with an egg 🙏🏻 and when I called the store they are asking me to bring it to them and they’ll replace it . Why the heck would I order it from a delivery app if I can visit u by my car…

    I went there first time and it’s a worst McDonald’s I ever visited. The service there deserves zero star. I ordered two mcflurries and lady working there put only one on my order, then they put cheeseburger in the happy meal despite I saying I don’t want it. When taking my order I realized there’s no mcflurry so I asked them to give by myself. I ordered kids happy meal, I went out and realized there’s no coke, then I have to go in to get it. The cherry on the top they forgot to put kids toy in the happy meal, that made my child super sad. So, all in all worst experience ever.
