    All around it's pretty good for a McDonald's. Bathrooms are a little rank is the biggest problem.

    Ordered a fresh McChicken today at 2:30pm and my chicken patty was basically reheated until it was a burnt crisp. It did not look burned but the patty was super dry and thin and there was a burnt taste. And to top it off no receipt is ever given at this location so I cannot submit a proper review.

    My order is ready there. I saw my packet is fully packed, but their staff is doing talk with each other. Didn’t give my order. I wait there almost 10 minute then then I got my order. It’s totally misbehave of staff.

    Overall, my experience could have been better. The staff definitely needs more training on customer service and respecting different traditions, especially when it comes to food and allergens. In fact, my order was mixed up, and even after I pointed it out, I got the same wrong sandwich again, which cost me about 30 minutes. On top of that, the server’s FIZZI attitude just wasn’t great—she didn’t seem very friendly or respectful in how she served customers. Hopefully, they can make improvements to create a more welcoming atmosphere for everyone.”

    I go to this particular McDonald's for the play area. I purchase a happy meal for my Grandson and a combo for myself. The food is sometimes stale tasting ( for instance I got the breakfast burritos and they are rock hard gross) or the smell of the oil on the hashbrowns smelling old. I stopped going but my grandson still wants to go back....
