I ordered a Triple Pickle Burger and received 4 pickles, meaning for a regular burger they hand out 1 and a third pickles. 😭
Also while I was there, I noticed multiple uncleaned stains and flies.

I had 6,000 points to redeem for a free large fries. When I scanned my app to use the points they said it didn’t work but my points were gone. The cashier that was helping me called the manager. The manager said “just wait and your points will come back” and then she called up the next guest to take their order. They were very flippant and dismissive. My points never came back like she said they would.

When you have customers having to wait for something in the fryer please make sure the food is cooked and not handing out raw half cooked fries

The staff here are rude. I was waiting for my order and when I approached and ask the staff how long its gonna take for me to get my order, because other ppl who came later than I do they got their order already and they just gave me a bad face and walk away, and when they handed me the order they basically just throw it on the counter.

Unbelievably small portion sizes on fries and McFlurry. I was given a small McFlurry that, when compared to my friend who ordered the snack size, were identical. I went back and brought this up to the worker and they said that was how it was supposed to be.
