Staff was playing inside with each other while i was standing on the window and waiting for my order from more then 10minutes,and when finally a girl come and told me to move to waiting area and waited there for more than 20minutes. Dont respect someone’s time.

Food was decent and the $5 menu is good. Staff was friendly. Inside was clean. They were mopping when we arrived. When taking Google directions, make sure to note it doesn’t get you to the parking lot. It takes you to the front street that has no entrances. We had to go around the big block again as we missed it.

Night service sucks at this location. I’m sick of having to repeat myself multiple times at the speaker because they’re either not ready to receive your order when they greet you, or they are too distracted. It was only my vehicle in the drive thru. I had to go inside to have my order remade because they didn’t make it properly.
Twice in a row, I’ve ordered two decaf coffees, and they’ve been made wrong. One medium decaf coffee with 2 sugar only, and another medium decaf coffee 2 cream 2 sugar. Yesterday (feb 2) they had me pull up to the third window to wait for fresh coffee. They never wait to ensure your order is accurate. So of course she walks away after handing over my order, and I check them for accuracy, and both are made 2 cream 2 sugar…
Today (Feb 3), I ordered the same drinks, but today they gave me two black decaf coffees with 2 sugar.
Thankfully the girl who took my payment was attentive and fixed it for me right away, but it’s frustrating having to drive around the block to come inside the restaurant to fix it.
Try actually listening to your customers with your undivided attention, and enter orders accurately. Y’all had nothing going on behind the counter when I walked in, which annoyed me even more that my drinks weren’t made correctly…
