Guess what? It showed up with double cheese. Uber refunded part of it, but that’s not the point. This is a basic order accuracy issue, especially when the request is clear and repeated. On top of that, I ordered six cookies for Ronald McDonald House. Not five. Six. Somehow only five made it into the bag. Counting to six shouldn’t be a challenge. Between ignoring simple instructions and not even getting the item count right, this location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy or attention to detail. Very disappointing experience. Do better.
