  Order a bucket family meal we all got food poisoning , vomiting and diarrhea idk if it was old chicken or not cooked she said fresh , they also dont seem to know how to fix their fountain drink machine 2nd time there and they still haven't replace the tank. Flat pops. Definitely my last time visiting kfc gone downhill here.

  Either they are understaffed or have customer satisfaction as a low priority. The tables were all dirty when we arrived. The food took ten minutes to come out.

  I wish there was an option to give zero rating for Strawberry hills location. Staff is rude and not ready to honor the deal shown on KFC canada website. The attendant said, many customers are asking about this deal but their location owner is not honoring it.

  Poor quality of food. I ordered chicken wrap for my son see the picture the moment he opened it wrap started crumbling. Then he opened whole package and its so messy. They are using old wraps and old lettuce. When we went back for refund the girl told me they dont have grill they are using microwave to warm it up, seriously? No option to attach pictures. But i have it.
