We waited for over 15 minutes for just tenders and the girl at the counter had such poor English and couldn’t even understand what we were asking for. It would be better if you could hire someone with better English .

I ordered online for pick-up, 6:15pm. But when i came around 6:25pm, orders are not yet prepare. Restaurant is not even busy, and then they told me i’m gonna wait for another 9 minutes for them to prepare (or maybe to be cook).
It’s already 6:50pm and yet i’m still waiting for the order.

visited a KFC/Taco Bell combination restaurant, and after the self-serve kiosk didn’t work, I went to the counter. The staff member who took my order seemed irritated that she had to help me. The overall atmosphere was tense, and the service was quite slow.
I ordered a Family Bucket Deal with Original Recipe chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, gravy, and corn, as well as a Crunchwrap Supreme. The chicken was extremely greasy and tasted as though it had been sitting in oil for too long. I didn’t receive any dipping sauces, and the Crunchwrap Supreme was missing from my order. I also was not given a receipt, which made it difficult to provide proof of purchase.
I was very hungry, so I tried to eat one piece of chicken but became sick almost immediately afterward. I would have returned the food for a refund, but I didn’t want to leave the house in case I needed the bathroom again.
This was a very disappointing and concerning experience.

I visited the location on October 11 @ 8:55 pm and the lady working at the window (drive-thru) wearing red was not friendly or had any positive attitude towards us as a customer. At the window, while ordering we repeated ourselves 3-4 times however she did not accurately take our order and when we mentioned it, she was rude about it. I enjoyed my meal but the interaction I had with the staff member was disappointing and unpleasant. I hope their customer service improves in the future.
