My husband visited this location last night Nov 21 around 10:30 pm intending to pick up a few pieces of chicken and fries with gravy. He was told they were sold out of chicken and only had chicken tenders left, so he ordered four tenders and fries with gravy. When he got home, we discovered the order was incomplete—there were no dipping sauces, no gravy (which we paid extra for), and not even a napkin.
He returned to the store immediately. Although the missing items were eventually replaced, the staff member who prepared the order insisted she had already included them. Being implied that we removed the items ourselves was unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should not be blamed for mistakes made by the restaurant.
Unfortunately, this experience is not new. The food quality at this location has been inconsistent, wait times are often long, and customer service continues to fall short. We enjoy KFC, but this is the only location in the area, we expect better accuracy, professionalism, and overall reliability. Improvements are clearly needed!

Saw the sign in the window for the $10 popcorn chicken bucket it had no dates on the promotion. When I tried ordering it I was told to come in the next day, it was not active yet. So I come in the next day, and the sign is gone and im informed it’s not until December 22. What a joke

I am a delivery driver! My understanding is thier supposed to treat you just like anybody else! Your order comes in accordingly! I understand thier busy, as a courier we understand busy is busy! But honestly if you wait too long contact your support! Waited 1/2 hr for one lousy burger. Had i not contacted support i probly would of waited longer and not gotten my wait time. Please let your courier app know because i never recieved " waiting for order we will check in on it for you" that is because they somehow kept bumping my order. Watch your time 10 min from the time you hit arrived! Otherwise you wont get paid to wait at this location. Thankfully i contacted support and got my well deserved wait time.

That was the worse service I gave ever had. I waited 30 minutes for a 2 piece meal. To rub on more the 5 people who came in after me got their orders before me. Would not go to that location ever again!!

I recently visited KFC and had an excellent experience, all thanks to **Rishab**. His customer service was exceptional friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring every customer was happy. He handled my order quickly and with a smile, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant.
