  The food was excellent, but the cashier that was there at 1:30pm treated all the other patrons with respect, but when I came in she told me the debit machine wasn't working and sent me to the order kiosk, while she served other customers using the debit machine. I am a mixed race black woman and I felt racially profiled. People like her should not be serving customers. Customers come from all walks of life and deserve to be respected for the money we spend

  Not sure if this one star (0 star if I could) review will ever be reviewed by the owner/management team. I have no problem with the food or the staff. I hope management team can make the kiosk system works better. Paid 8 pieces family meal and tips on the kiosk. Order somehow has problem sending to the kitchen and ended with a 30min wait for the meal. If you’re the only KFC in this area, please do better for the residents who come!

  Puneet was an excellent staff. Food was hot and fresh. Took a couple minutes but so does any fast food. (Some people in the reviews are professional complainers 🤷‍♂️)

  I had a wonderful experience at KFC, and I especially want to appreciate Hardeep Kaur for her excellent service. She is very kind, polite, and professional. She greeted customers with a smile and made sure everyone felt welcome.

  Been here on three occasions. Still hasn’t improved. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location until it improves. First, the door doesn’t open easily, you have to push it open. The owners clearly don’t want to fix the door, it’s been like that since the last time I went which was a while ago. The first time I went, they didn’t want to take my order at the counter and told me to use the kiosk but when someone else came in after us they happily took their order at the counter and didn’t redirect the customer to the kiosk. This week, one kiosk wasn’t working and so we ordered on the other and that wasn’t working either, they should put a sign saying “out of order” instead of making customers waste their time standing at a kiosk machine and then the debit doesn’t work. The owners clearly don’t care to fix things at this location, it’s literally falling apart. Need to have more people working in the evening, rather than cutting back to save costs. Tables are always dirty, no napkins provided in bag, you have to wait to ask for napkins or ketchup etc. It makes sense to have those out so you don’t have to ask the employees who are busy preparing food. I wouldn’t suggest this location, it needs a more involved owner/management.
