I had a wonderful experience at KFC, and I especially want to appreciate Hardeep Kaur for her excellent service. She is very kind, polite, and professional. She greeted customers with a smile and made sure everyone felt welcome.

Been here on three occasions. Still hasn’t improved. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location until it improves. First, the door doesn’t open easily, you have to push it open. The owners clearly don’t want to fix the door, it’s been like that since the last time I went which was a while ago. The first time I went, they didn’t want to take my order at the counter and told me to use the kiosk but when someone else came in after us they happily took their order at the counter and didn’t redirect the customer to the kiosk. This week, one kiosk wasn’t working and so we ordered on the other and that wasn’t working either, they should put a sign saying “out of order” instead of making customers waste their time standing at a kiosk machine and then the debit doesn’t work. The owners clearly don’t care to fix things at this location, it’s literally falling apart. Need to have more people working in the evening, rather than cutting back to save costs. Tables are always dirty, no napkins provided in bag, you have to wait to ask for napkins or ketchup etc. It makes sense to have those out so you don’t have to ask the employees who are busy preparing food. I wouldn’t suggest this location, it needs a more involved owner/management.

The front door was almost impossible to open and could only be opened using the accessible button on the side.
Ordering was done through a self-service kiosk, and surprisingly there was a tip option at the end.
The receipt printed was very narrow and didn’t list any of the items ordered—only the total amount charged.
I used to think KFC was much better managed than McDonald’s, but today’s experience really makes it feel like KFC has had serious management issues recently.
