These are good people, what isn’t good is the fried chicken product, I purchased a 20 piece stuffing and gravy bucket… the dripping fat soaked chicken actually permeates the bucket and left a large ring of congealed grease on the table, total eaten 6/20, yes that bad. I’m done after 50+ years

There were 3 people talking in one corner finally an older lady came up took our order my son wanted to substitute fries for poutine the lady said you can't do that. Even though on their Menu in the Restaurant it says you can make substitutions. She called over a guy he said no substitution so my son just got a chicken burger instead of a combo. Truly pathetic zero service food is ok. We will not be back.

When I arrived at the restaurant, the female staff member at the counter informed me that I would need to wait another 15–20 minutes. I clearly told her that I did not have time to wait and asked her to cancel the order and refund me if the food was not ready on time. Instead of helping me with a solution, she repeatedly explained why the restaurant was late, why they ran out of chicken, and even admitted that my chicken had been given to another customer because she didn’t know my order included chicken. These explanations are not my responsibility as a customer. I needed a solution, not excuses. She initially refused to cancel my order and told me to cancel it myself on the platform. However, the system did not allow cancellation and instructed me to call a phone number that no one answered. When I explained this, she asked me to wait 5 more minutes. After waiting, she then told me to wait another 15 minutes and said she could not do anything else. Only after another staff member stepped in was my order finally canceled. Even then, I was asked to provide the last 4 digits of my card. I wasted an unreasonable amount of time, lost my patience, did not receive my food, and still have not received my refund as of now. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. This experience completely ruined my day. I will never return to this KFC location or any other KFC branch again.
