I visited the KFC/Taco Bell on 73 Ave last day , and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over 10 minutes at the counter while staff ignored me completely. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.When a staff member finally came, she did not say a single word. I asked for the washroom key due to an emergency, and she refused, claiming it was “policy” because the washroom had already been cleaned. I tried to explain, but she did not listen and simply walked away back to the drive-thru.The staff’s behavior was rude, careless, and unprofessional. There was no basic respect or empathy shown at all. This location clearly lacks proper customer service training and accountability.I will never return to this location and do not recommend it to anyone. Management seriously needs to address this issue.
