- VKv K2 days ago4.0It was a first for me to try the fried chicken here. May be it’s just me but I didn’t like it much. Nothing wrong with the quality. The chicken was fresh and tender and very well prepared. The dip is awesome. But, when asked, I had clearly asked the spicy one. Still I got the one with zero spice level. But it’s not a big deal. The service was great and the staff was doing their job at their best. If you are a fried chicken lover, this is the place to be.

The fries I had were also good and the mango peach pie were really good also. It would be nice to have one come to Chilliwack. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

The male manager was also very nice but this is where things went downhill... I Visited this location just after it opened and witnessed the manager use the washroom (urinal) and not wash his hands (I was also in the washroom and witnessed it first hand).. He then went into the kitchen and started handling food items. It was extremely off putting and made me rethink eating there. Normally I'd give it around 4 stars as everything else was good but because of this glaring incident I can't give it more than 1 star. Never witnessed something like this before and would love to try Jollibee again but this incident made me very hesitant to ever go back. When you work in an establishment that specializes in food washing your hands should be a priority over and above everything else. Yikes.
