Staff told me they couldn’t find it. I showed them both the email and app confirmation, including the correct location, and was met with “we don’t have it” before they walked away. The only solution offered was for me to repurchase the same order at the register and then email customer support to request a refund for the original online order. Extremely frustrating experience. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering online here, especially during promotions.

We did not receive our food until 7:10pm. We asked 3 seperate times nicely and said they were on it. Yet they were calling out orders for 6:45 pickup, others witnessed their orders being stacked on top of as well, pushing newer tickets. Complete waste of time, and we will no longer be returning to this location. Nothing but a quick sorry, as the food was tossed on the counter. Refunds should be made out to everyone tonight.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
