- ANAdam NgNov 17, 20251.0I bought a cake yesterday morning and found a frozen fly on the box, and another small fly in the crevices. Perhaps because they included two meat protein portions, they charged an extra $5 for the box. It's not hard to imagine they had many more flies for sale！
- SBS BNov 5, 20253.0I have to say that for being in the South Surrey area, this is not the greatest looking store. Also, although the food is quite consistent, the service is often lacking. I find that the people working there, often make mistakes in my order forcing me to have to come into the store which is very difficult for me because I am disabled. Also the app, which of course is no fault of the store, often does not work properly. It erases your credit card information about every second time I use it. I also find that the people working there, do not know how to work around simple issues like for instance an app not working properly and still wanting to be able to get your promotion. I'll show them what's happening on my phone, and they basically say there's nothing they can do about it. I can't believe there's not some kind of an override for this, it's very upsetting for customers, especially during a time where eating out is a luxury. Even at fast food restaurants. I think that there needs to be better training for these individuals to deal with possible issues.

This was the only time I was told that I could not use 2 coupons for two meals. The person behind the counter was cold and indifferent. She could care the less about her service.
