She was working both counter and taking drive orders.she told us to wait couple minutes as she had long lineup qt drive thru. She served us with smile afterwards and recommended us menu and patiently helped my picky daughter. We all enjoyed our ice creams. But the only reason i am adding this review is that i guess it is not fair for only one person to work at that busy time but i guess she was trained well on her speed and customer service skills. Hope management acknowledged her and should have more people working.

She doesn’t have common sense and absolutely no customer service skills or common courtesy. I don’t know how she even got promoted to assistant manager. I’ve worked in fast food before and would never in a million years speak to someone the way she spoke to me. I hate coming to this location because of her.

During my visit to the drive-thru, the cashier failed to ask for my points card, which I had visibly in my hand. After I paid, I mentioned having a coupon, but the assistant manager (who was the cashier in this situation)said nothing could be done at that point. The situation escalated when another employee, who was not the manager, was called over( idk why the assistant manager did that ). This lady was incredibly rude to both me and my sister and refused to let me scan my card, even if I were to order again( in her words “ I will not serve you even if you come again “).They provided no explanation for this refusal. Additionally, I was denied a refund and was not given the manager's contact information.This level of poor service and lack of resolution is unacceptable. I hope Dairy Queen addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for other loyal customers.Please hire people who actually want to “serve the customer “, as that’s what customer service is about . Used to come here often, don’t think I will step into this horrible place ever again . DO BETTER!

Onion rings as well. Double cheese burger was terrible with a soggy bun and old tasting meat. This restaurant should be audited asap! Be sure to check your takeout before leaving this location. This was disgusting! 🤢
