At this location, however, the consistent attitudes, the degrading tone of voice and the inhumane behaviour towards customers is simply intolerable. Each one of the employees here besides maybe 1 has the mentality of being stubborn, inconsiderate and disingenuous towards their customers. I hope that you all either get therapy or some real training on customer service because at this rate, not only are you doing a horrible job with your career but also ruining the lives of the customers you interact with.

We simply asked for a Triple Chocolate Brownie, and the AMAN’s response was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. The tone and attitude were not at all customer-friendly — it honestly made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s hard to understand how someone with such poor customer service skills is in a managerial position. Managers are supposed to set an example for their team, not drive customers away. AMAN either needs serious training on how to speak to customers respectfully or should reconsider whether this job is right for them. I truly hope Dairy Queen takes this feedback seriously. We’ve always enjoyed your products, but encounters like this make us think twice about returning.we have been there many times almost 3-4 times a month but AMAN really disappointed.
