  This review is for the ice cream/cakes only, I haven't ordered any of their hot foods. They always have a selection of ice cream cakes in the freezers that you can take to-go which is convenient. The location is older but feels clean. The times I've gone it was pretty efficient. The chocolate extreme blizzard is a must-try.

  Extremely rude .. girl at drive thru kept cutting me while i was giving order couldn’t even understand what i was saying.. repeated myself 5 times nd still she couldn’t understand. Didn’t even explained when i asked what u got for drinks . I left without giving order nd will never return to this location. Dairy queens needs to Check on their location randomly. Worst location to go never suggesting anyone to go their .

  Drive thru customer service is horrendous. You can barely hear them or understand them, when you ask to repeat the order, they’re boderline yelling at you with attitude.

  I went to Dairy Queen to try the viral “cupcake” ice cream I’ve been seeing all over social media, and it looked nothing like what was advertised online. The presentation was completely different from the photos and videos I saw. I politely asked the employee if she could add more whipped cream to match what’s being shown online. She told me I would have to pay extra, which I agreed to since I had ordered two (at $6 each). However, she then started saying it would melt and gave other excuses, even though the ice cream was clearly still frozen. At that point, I decided to just take one and asked for a refund on the second because I was disappointed with how different it looked compared to the advertising. It honestly felt misleading. If you’re promoting something a certain way online, customers expect it to resemble that in person—especially at that price. Maybe learn from other Dairy Queen how to make the ice cream cupcake (Vancouver location on Fraser street

  I ordered a cake a few days back and I came to pick it up. I went to the drive through because I usually pick up the cakes from there but this time when I went to the drive through,customer service wasn’t good the lady was very disrespectful working there and made me come inside to pick up the cake.
