    Literally, the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was so rude as we wanted to use our points and she said no to use those points whilst this doesn’t happen at other locations. When we asked for the receipt, she didn’t give us our receipt and she also got my phone number and my name just to make sure that I wouldn’t use my points again which is the most shitiest gesture. Moreover, we also made an order for fries and didn’t give us any tray for dine in, she put the fries basket on tissues so for that I would say, zero civic sense as they don’t know how to greet and treat the customer. It literally doesn’t make any sense that you are saying your customers to not to use the points for their order. When we again got there to talk to their manager, staff started saying that their manager isn’t here in canada, He or She , is in India. They also used abusive words for us. So, they gotta work on their customer service. So I recommend to all of you guys plss just don’t visit this location.

    Worst Location Ever! Sad, Blue Excuse for a Valentine’s Treat. Do Not Waste Your Money Here! I ordered the Valentine’s cupcake expecting something cute and pink like the photo, but what I got looked nothing like it. It wasn’t even pink it was blue and barely had any fudge just a sad little excuse of a cupcake. Extremely disappointing experience. Don’t come to this location.

    The hours listed online contradict their actual hours. It’s stated they close 11pm on Saturday’s, but we were outside at 10:12pm on a Saturday night and there was no one to be seen. No one was inside or outside this DQ location and all of the lights were off. Drove here for 40 minutes just to realize it was a waste and went back home empty handed.

    Their vanilla ice cream is pretty watery. Mamamia’s ice cream is way richer and tastes much better.
