A bit pricier than I'd like, but that's life. Staff have been fine for me every time. They've taken custom blizzard orders too without issue. Maybe I'm lucky? I have never ordered any cakes from them, so I can't speak on that. The interior is clean and minimalist. Nothing crazy, but fits the DQ aesthetic.
