- AAasiaDec 26, 20252.0the employees were unfriendly and unwelcoming, i was barely even greeted or given a hello. they also seem like they’re always rushing to get you out of there, even when there’s no rush. the portions are also very stingy. as a retail worker myself, i know from experience it is genuinely not difficult to be friendly to customers. not only were the portions laughable, but midway through eating i suddenly bit down on something hard, like a bone. i cannot even tell what its supposed to be. my experience at this location was incredibly unpleasant.

Then went to get my drink there was no ice in the ice machine. I went to ask the worker for ice and she rolled her eyes at me. Although there was no one in line and I was attempting to help them to satisfy their customers. This chipolte has the worst employees unfortunately.

I will say though, that the portion is large - a lot of meat. My husband had steak tacos and he was slightly more pleased than I was, but he is extremely easy-going, good-sized. Super basic atmosphere - very fast-food. Friendly service but not very good at explaining anything. Will not be going back.
