  I ordered a veggie bowl for takeout today, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The drive home was only about 10 minutes, but when I opened the bowl, the food had a very strong unpleasant smell that made it unbearable to eat. The rice tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and did not seem fresh at all. I wasn’t able to eat the meal because of the quality. I hope the management looks into food freshness and quality control, as this was a really bad experience.

  Came in to get their chicken bowl with some chips. Food was good but service was eh. As expected for a fast food place I guess.

  Another visit to Chipotle, and once again the portions left me wanting more—literally. The rice was sparse enough that I could see the bottom of the bowl right away, and the protein scoop felt like they were carefully rationing each piece. I politely asked for a bit extra (you know, like the old days), and got the kind of look that says 'that's all you get.' They're very inconsistent with their portion sizes and for charging extra for guac I would expect a decent portion of guac. The line moved fast, but the whole experience felt pretty impersonal and rushed—like efficiency over actually making sure customers leave satisfied. If you actually want a burrito bowl that actually fills you up with better value and friendlier vibes, I'd try BarBurrito instead. Their portions are consistently more generous without the attitude.

  This visit was disappointing, especially since it’s not the first time I’ve experienced issues here. While eating my chicken bowl, I found a small green stem in the food. It appeared to be from a vegetable, but it still raised concerns about food quality. The rice was also not fully cooked—I could clearly feel the rawness while eating, which affected the entire meal. I had already mentioned a similar issue during a previous visit, so experiencing this again was frustrating. On top of that, the fountain drink was almost completely flat with no fizz. I usually expect better consistency and quality from Chipotle, but this experience fell short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves food preparation and quality checks.

  food was pretty good, however the portions they give you are terrible. asked for double rice and only gave me one scoop, asked for more guac 3 times to give me the appropriate amount. overall, not so great.
