    Management really needs to train their employees. Went in at noon on a weekday during my lunch break at work. It was embarrassing to see the staff there doing nothing, if I was the owner I would be upset. There was a line of 5 people in-person and maybe a dozen uber drivers waiting for their order. This was Wednesday lunch time. There was one guy in a turban in charge of grill and refilling who seemed less busy but was at the grill the whole time. There was only one girl who was both making all the orders and accepting payments, she was constantly running back and forth. However the most frustrating to see was a young boy who appeared to be doing the uber eats orders only but was on his phone the entire time chatting away. I could hear him talking and understood what he was saying, it was a social call with friends. He was working so slowly and only made 2 orders in the 20 mins I was in the store. All the uber drivers were standing there staring at him while he leisurely chatted away, completing orders seemed to be the least important thing in the word. I felt bad for the girl who was doing all the work and keeping the store running. I highly recommend the owner check the video footage and see what his employees are doing. I've never seen such lazy work by anyone. The people in line were frustrated because we could see there was only 1 person trying and the uber drivers were all noticeably frustrated.

    Asked for double chicken. The server made sure no chicken was over the scoop on the first serving, fine, that’s fair enough. For the second serving, she literally had 60% of the scoop filled and didn’t bother making sure it was full and called that double chicken. No words. Guac is also so stingy.

    I love chipotle and never skip an opportunity to stop at one of if I see one as we don’t have one where I live. Unfortunately my experience at this location was not as expected, which is normally great. This location was a mess on both sides on the counter whether it be where the staff is prepping chips, cooking meat, prepping the orders or cashing out, it was a disaster. The dining section was no better with a lot of tables requiring attention. The staff were unorganized and seemed to have no Raj sense to what they should be doing, often switching tasks half way through. While ordering the my bowl, the process itself was fine, but when it came to adding a combo I asked for chips, queso and a regular fountain drink. I went to pay with cash and was told they wouldn’t take cash and card was the only option even though there was no sign stating that they wouldn’t take cash not take cash anywhere. Fine, I paid by card. The cashier then walks away and starts building someone else’s order while I stand and wait. Eventually she returns and I say I’m missing my chips/queso/drink cup. She hands me chips and queso. I then ask for my cup again and she says that the fountain drink machine is broken so I can’t have one, I asked what I get instead then and she says the combo doesn’t include a drink so nothing. I feel it probably would have been helpful information when I ordered and asked for a fountain drink to be told at that time the machine was broken rather than just leave me hanging on a drink. Also, the Agua machines were not broken which is what o actually wanted but at this point I’m not interested in even trying to get a drink and the agua machines looked disgusting anyways. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

    So I love Chipotle, every time I crave for a bowl I wanna go and grab one, but sadly the closest location I have is this one, Everytime I order here the employees give the smallest portions ever, even when you pay extra for stuff you get a teaspoon serving. Food isn't bad but for what you pay you don't your money's worth. Also the store always looks messy and dirty. This shouldn't ever happen in a franchise Rest. I hope the management do something fast so we can enjoy the brand that we love.
