You can never to go a bowl, because their world class cardboard packaging will just melt and will be mixed up with your rice. What's the purpose of lid, when it doesn't act like one. The tin foil lid on the top is useless. Wooden spoons and forks leaves a tiny splinters everywhere. it's just annoying to eat in these packaging. Food is excellent though.

Instead of receiving help, the lady who answered the call was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. I asked her name even 10 times how dum was she. I never seen this type of lady in my life. Her tone was unprofessional, and she made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for simply asking for assistance. As a customer, I was hungry and genuinely trying to place an order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customers deserve patience and basic respect, especially when they are reaching out for help. Speaking to someone in such an aggressive manner reflects very poorly on your service and brand. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure that your staff is trained to communicate politely and professionally with customers in the future. No customer should be treated this way.
