I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for the past two years, and it used to be great — the staff was polite, and both the quantity and quality of the food were good. But recently something has changed. The new staff is rude almost every time I visit. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. I’m vegetarian, and when I asked them to add some veggies, they literally put in about three onion slices and one piece of bell pepper, then told me they would charge extra if it. When I asked for additional hot salsa, they again said it would cost extra. I’ve been eating here for two years, and they’re trying to charge me extra when they aren’t even adding the minimum amount? On top of that, the staff seemed lazy and were talking loudly among themselves in Punjabi, so loudly that it made it uncomfortable to sit inside the store.

The lady named Avneet was extremely rude and had such a terrible attitude while serving. She talked to me in a disrespectful tone like I was bothering her just by ordering food. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Every time I go, the staff acts annoyed and unfriendly. The food itself is fine, but the way customers are treated completely ruins the experience. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations and they’re nothing like this. The difference in service is huge. If someone clearly dislikes dealing with customers, maybe they shouldn’t be in customer service. Management seriously needs to do something about this location because it’s been bad for a long time, and people are noticing. I love Chipotle, but I’m done coming to the King George one until they fix their attitude problem.
