    DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD! FRAUD! I used the Mucho app to order. When I arrived at the location it was closed for renovations. I tried emailing for a refund, with no luck. Issue has not been rectified. I do not recommend going to this restaurants.

    Girl working at 7ish on November 14 have no customer service no communication skills anyways that’s not my concern but putting 4 very small pieces of chicken in the chicken bowl isn’t worth it. I would always come at this location maybe the staff has changed who are skimpy on meat. They advertise cilantro lime rice but it’s just plain white rice.

    I’m sorry but the weird mushroom stuff they replaced the plant-based crumble with is disgusting. The rice is crunchy half the time, and ya the MUSHROOM SHITAKE carnitas is DISGUSTING.

    I had an issue with a burrito that was so dry I couldn't even swallow it. I called to report what happened, not asking for another order or a refund and the person was defensive and rude and hung up on me. She didn't even listen and started making things up. The absolute worst. I recommend everyone stay away!
