We went to Mucho Burrito with our family, and everything was absolutely amazing! If I could give 10 stars for their cleanliness, staff behavior, and delicious food, I definitely would. The place was spotless, the team was friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh and full of flavor.
It’s truly a must-visit place!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is one of my favorite go to places for Mexican food.
I’ve seen many people truly appreciate the food and the efforts of the staff, while others may be critical about portions, staff, or management. Personally, I’d like to share honest feedback, this place is much better than many nearby options, whether it’s the food, portion sizes, or the staff.
Please don’t judge any business based on a single visit. Sometimes it may be a busy day, or someone serving you may be having a tough moment, it happens. Let’s appreciate the hard working people in this industry who are doing their best to provide for us.
Give them a chance. If you have a concern, try speaking with them directly, there’s no harm in that. Most of the time (honestly, almost always), things get resolved quickly.
It’s very easy to write a negative review, but please think twice before doing so. Try to resolve things rather than make them more difficult.
The rest, you all are wise enough to decide. 🙂
Very disappointed with my recent visit to Munchies Burrito. The cashier’s customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication was difficult, and instead of trying to understand or clarify the order, the cashier seemed impatient and careless.
On top of that, my order was prepared incorrectly, and no proper effort was made to fix it in a respectful way. It made the whole experience frustrating.
I was also concerned about hygiene standards. I noticed staff handling food without wearing hair nets, which is not acceptable in a food establishment. Cleanliness and food safety should always be a priority.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I hope management seriously looks into improving customer service, staff training, and hygiene practices.
I had a very disappointing experience at Munchies Burrito. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff had difficulty understanding basic English, which made it very hard to communicate my order properly. As a customer, I expect at least clear communication, especially when I’m paying for my food.
Because of the communication issues, my order was not prepared correctly, and no one seemed willing to properly listen or fix the mistake. The overall attitude felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to improve customer service and communication. Customers deserve a better experience.

I called the store at 10:28pm the closing time of the store is 11:00 pm I drove for 5kms just to be there on time, and there was no sign of store to be opened, I was confused eventually I called the store the lady picked up the call and replied that the store is not busy so she close the store and going home before time, is that a policy to close the store 30 minutes earlier all because it’s not busy, I never experienced such instances from such a known franchise???
Please take it into consideration on a priority basis as it’s a very big red flag in term of good customer service.
