Tracking was up-to-date and the text alert was great letting me that my food was ready before the allotted time. Definitely a heavy meal but enjoyed it very much!
- CCCaitApr 8, 20261.0RUDE DISRESPECTFUL JUDGEMENTAL WORKERS!! Terrible. Went in for early lunch and they ran out of white rice. Asked if they were going to make more and they were out for the day and it was 12pm. Workers were rude and gave attitude. As there was barely any brown rice left, I asked if I could get fresh brown rice. A Filipino lady working at the cashier asked the other worker what’s the wait and the lady who scoops the rice gave her a look and eye-rolled as she said they are waiting for fresh rice. Every worker gave each other eye rolls and stared at each other with a look because I was waiting for rice when there was no rice left in the container… very off behaviour. Upon observation, all the toppings, beans were reaching bottom of the container. They did not refill anything and I did not want scraps as it looked very unappetizing. They all stared at me and judging me for “waiting” for rice. I left and did not purchase. Saw them whispering and staring at us while we were walking out the door. DO NOT GO HERE!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!
