  I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill, and I especially want to appreciate the grill guy( Khushwinder). I visited there yesterday April 27 2k26 . The meat was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and fresh right off the grill. Everything was prepared with care, and the quality stood out compared to other places I’ve visited. What impressed me most was his consistency and attention to detail. Even during a busy time, he stayed focused and kept the food quality high. It made a big difference in the overall taste of my meal. Honestly, the grill guy is doing an amazing job. He is a big reason I’d come back again

  The service was highly disappointing. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was informed at the counter that only cash payments were accepted. When I asked about ordering through the app, I was told it was possible. However, after placing my order, I waited an additional 20 minutes, as it was not prioritized despite my being on-site and the app providing a specified ready time.

  I’ve visited this location twice recently, and the service has plummeted. Last Friday, they were out of chicken. There was a manager in the kitchen helping the staff prep food, which seemed to make the team more apologetic, but today was a total disaster. I was in this Chipotle for approximately 30 minutes just to get my food and pay. There is no reason for a "fast food" restaurant to take 30 minutes from start to finish. If I wanted to wait that long, I would have gone to an actual sit-down restaurant. What makes this worse is that I was only the third person in line when I arrived; it wasn't even busy, yet it still took that long. I arrived at 12:10 PM and they were out of both chicken and steak. Myself and three other customers waited to the side, but the staff never even notified us when the meat was ready—we only noticed because we saw someone behind us in line getting it. After finally ordering, I noticed the portions are much smaller; I constantly had to ask for more to be added. To top it off, the payment machine broke down, causing another long delay. There was no apology for the wait, the lack of communication, or the technical issues. By the time I got home (a 10-minute drive), the food was ice cold and the pico de gallo was so salty it was nearly inedible. Lastly, Despite having 10–15 people working in the back, the dining area is always dirty and the food stations are never stocked. The quality and service have gone completely downhill.

  By far the nastiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Probably fast food restaurant in general. Tables covered in old food, garbage all over the floors. Stacks on stacks of dirty trays next to the food and just in general behind the counter was a mess. I worked many years in fast food when I was younger and if I kept the restaurant I worked at in similar condition I would have been fired, no question. They noticed I took a photo and started whispering to each other and kept looking over to me. And shortly after wheels the 30+ dirty tins away and someone came out and started sweeping. Maybe they thought I was a secret shopper or something. So obviously they are aware of the state of cleanliness. Either way, this place probably needs a health department inspection or someone from Chipotle HQ do a spot inspection. I will never go here again. Zero pride in work at this location. Unless you’re really craving it, go find something else. By the way, all these dozens of 5 star reviews with the staffs names are obviously fake.

  I went through a period where I was eating chipotle every single day for a week. It was pretty good. The first two times as it was my first time trying it. But the quality is horrible. The chicken is never consistent some days it’s cooked very well and some days it’s not so on my fifth day. I actually got food poisoning from this restaurant. Chicken was undercooked and I got very sick because of it, I don’t recommend this chipotle maybe other chipotle’s are better but not this one. Also the staff are not generous whatsoever. They give you half a scoop of chicken instead of the full scoop that you paid for.
