I ordered lunch online on Chipotles website for pick up. I picked up my order and drove back to work. Once I was back to work I noticed that they gave me the wrong food. I called to inform them and the rude worker stated that "she knows", if they knew they accidentally gave me the wrong order I asked why I wasnt called. The worker then put me on hold for 3 minutes and later hung up the call. When I called back, she stated she hung up because it got busy in store. I was already halfway through my lunch break, frustrated and hungry, I asked if the food would be able to be delivered and she states no. I asked for a refund for my order and she also said no and to contact online. At this point I was frustrated and asked what they could do for me as it was their mistake. The rude worker stated that she gave me the wrong order because I said the wrong name., why would I say my own name wrong??? I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was just as unhelpful and not apologetic at all. I ended up not recieving my order and awaiting for a refund from chipotle.ca. I am now left angry, hungry and upset with this poor experience. I would choose any other food place in the hub over this Chipotle. 0/10 customer service to fix their wrong doings and blaming the customer instead. Do better Chipotle.

I usually get chipotle in Vancouver this was my first trying in Surrey location.
It’s totally different service then Vancouver different staff not good customer service
I worked in restaurant by my self. This is not how you treat the customer they are too cheap to putt the stuff inside the bowl I have to tell them Soo many times not going to visit at Surrey location again. Server it the way they tell you don’t be angry that’s u r job to do it

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went in for dinner ended up paying almost $35 for 2 of the worst burritos i have ever had, mind you i couldnt even eat one of them as it was soaking wet sopping mess…. 0 stars would definitely recommend not stopping by this location.

I’ve been eating at this Chipotle location for a long time, but over my last 3 visits I’ve noticed the same issue happening again and again. The portions are much smaller than what’s normally expected—rice, salad, veggies, everything just seems less than usual.
The first time I noticed it, I thought maybe the staff member was new so I didn’t say anything. But on my next visit, the same thing happened. And today, even with my DoorDash order, the portion was still very small despite paying full price.
I’ve eaten at other Chipotle locations and can clearly see the difference in portion sizes, so I’m not just saying this for no reason. This really needs better supervision because when we pay full price, we expect a proper portion in return :(

I love Chipolte and I always order it for delivery with my girlfriend, but this is the third time now that they have forgotten my chips and queso. This last time tonight I got a bag of almost empty chips and no queso I don't understand what happened!! Please fix this I am getting frustrated and would rather just get food elsewhere and that sucks because Chipolte has amazing food!!
