  I never really write bad reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I went to chipotle around six to seven p.m this past saturday, with my family, As soon as we entered, the two girls At the food station we’re giving us very nasty looks, Even when speaking to us, They were speaking a rude tone and rushing our order. They were putting barely of anything in the bowl and when we would go ask to do it again because there’s nothing there she would put Two pieces of something and move forward. She did this with every single one of us. I just feel if you’re going to go get food we should get at least what we’re paying for. I’m super disappointed, especially cause I’m such a regular Chipotle. I won’t be back to this location.

  I would like to appreciate Khusman for her excellent service. Even while working as a CSR, she stepped up and took on the role of a team leader when needed. I was impressed by how calmly and professionally she managed everything during a busy time. She also proactively communicated with her team to ensure more food was prepared, helping keep the line moving smoothly. She truly deserves recognition from management. This is an honest review based on what I observed inside the Chipotle. Khushman - More accountable and responsible Team member . Also kudos to the team as well.

  What’s good everyone we are here to review CHIPOTLE!!!!!! ( first time here we are excited!!!) For this wondering I transcribed my video audio from my video review into text. The atmosphere in chipotle it was all right. The seating is not comfortable by any means but it is meant for you to eat and then be on your way this afternoon are quite welcoming really chill. I’ve never been there before. I just surprise me. The bowl was wonderful delicious but let’s talk about the price. The price definitely needs work. I paid about $30 $27 exactly but some change. For a bowl with chicken and guac, I told him to surprise me but $30 for this like this is good. It’ll fill you up but the amount of food that is included. I’m gonna be real with you guys. They finesse you. They use the lettuce they both the lettuce on top to make it look like you guys are getting way more for your money, but in fact, it’s not true but if you are the way that food out correctly and do measurements by that way, then you’ll find that the food will in fact definitely fill one person average size person and definitely maybe even two $27 I paid 22 for a burrito bowl and then the drink five bucks for a drink. It’s crazy I can go to Costco and I can purchase the same place literally for $30 plus tax you know all that so all in all I give chipotle a solid 2.7 out of 10 I and the reason being is because the price it’s a fast food Mexican restaurant but it needs authenticity. I need if I’m gonna be paying that much money I need to be brought back to Mexico and feel a breeze. Feel the spice feel the food.

  I was at the location 152 and Fraser Hwy. They had no rice, no peppers and onions,no lettuce and no guacamole. The staff said there was 8-15 min wait - when I asked if they could use the ingredients from station where they have their food delivery area the girls replied no that is only for online orders. I took whatever ingredients were available for my order - last minute they did find some lettuce. I asked the server if I could buy a bag of chips and salsa. She asked me what kind. I replied can I get half hot and half mild and she said sorry we can't mix the salsa up. I have been a regular at this location and the Guildford location and have had no issues with half n half salsa. She told me this is NOT restaurant policy. So I got 2 separate container of salsa. When I got the front and asked the cashier why the mixing of salsa and asked why there is no ingredients he said they were busy and didn't get around to making/prepping more. When I asked about the salsa container he gave me the same reply. He said he would ask his manager. The manager came over and told me it's not store policy. When I said I was there last week and got it- she shook her head and said she didn't know why but it's never been store policy and walked away. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I recieved today The staff didn't even seem to care about anything I broght up to them. Especially the manager.. I guess this is new style of customer service. I will not to be returning to this location and will drive to a location for better customer service. Extremely disappointed!

  This place seriously drops off after 9 PM, even though it’s open until 11. The food quality is terrible late at night — meats are dry, vegetables are basically gone, and everything feels like leftovers. On top of that, portions suddenly get smaller, which makes it pretty obvious staff are trying to avoid restocking. Service is just as bad. There were four staff working, but only two were actually doing anything while the others stood around. I was first in line, got my food made, and then had to wait while they finished serving everyone else before I could even pay. That makes no sense and shows a complete lack of organization. If you’re going to stay open late, then actually maintain the same standard of food and service. Otherwise, just close earlier instead of serving low-quality leftovers and wasting people’s time.
