  Great food and really nice service. The flavours were fresh, the portions were good, and everything tasted properly made. Definitely a good spot in Surrey for Indian food. Highly recommend!

  I visited for lunch and ordered chole poori and paneer naan with gravy. The poori was not cooked properly and tasted bad, and I’m now experiencing stomach discomfort. The paneer naan with gravy was just average and came without any sides at all. I also asked for pickles with the chole poori, but was told they don’t provide any. We’ve been regular customers for takeout (for other items), but this was our first time dining in—and the experience was disappointing. We also ordered a drink during their Friday 50% offer, we were charged full price. Upon clarification the girl said since you are taking drink out so it will be charged under take out with no offer applied. The portion size was also quite small, which made it feel even more unfair and I felt highly uncomfortable talking about it again. This has left a very bad impression. In a place like Surrey, where there are so many great options with good food and service, we chose Chawla based on its name—but this experience did not meet expectations at all. For a $30+ lunch, much better quality and service are expected.

  Had an amazing experience at Chawlas 2 Surrey! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and tasted fresh. The butter chicken and naan were on point, and the portions were generous for the price. Service was quick and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The place itself was clean and had a nice, welcoming vibe. Definitely one of the best spots for Indian food in Surrey. Will be coming back for sure!

  : ⸻ I recently ordered food from Chawlas 2, and I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience! My son picked up the order, and from the very first bite, we could tell the quality was exceptional. The food was incredibly delicious and truly authentic—it genuinely tasted like the kind of food you get in India. Having tried so many Indian restaurants across Vancouver and Surrey, I often found the flavors slightly different from what we are used to back home. But this place really stood out and brought back that original, authentic taste. Every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly prepared. It was honestly one of the best Indian meals I’ve had here. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be ordering again and visiting in person soon!

  I had an amazing experience at this restaurant today! I tried their Chicken Kali Mirch Tikka, and it was absolutely fantastic. The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and bursting with flavor, with just the right amount of spice and peppery goodness. Every bite was delicious and left me wanting more. The presentation was neat, and the staff were friendly and attentive. This place truly knows how to serve flavorful, high-quality dishes. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal with authentic taste!
