I am writing not to request a refund, but to bring a serious concern to your attention regarding how my family was treated at your Squamish location.

On the evening of April 4, 2026, my wife picked up our order at your Squamish restaurant. When she arrived home, we discovered that several items were missing from the order. We called the store to simply report the issue and find a fair resolution.
What happened next was deeply upsetting. The person we spoke with was the Manager on Duty. Instead of listening and handling the situation professionally, she was dismissive, rude, and accused my wife of lying about the missing items.
We are not writing this to get our money back. We are writing because no customer — and certainly no person — deserves to be spoken to that way, especially by someone in a management role. A manager’s job is to lead with integrity and treat people with dignity, and that did not happen.
We are asking for:
1. A sincere acknowledgment that this situation was handled poorly
2. Assurance that the Manager on Duty is spoken to about her conduct
3. A commitment that future customers are treated with basic respect
We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful change.

Mahtab in the Squamish drive through window is the man! Never met him before today, but I gotta say he has so much gusto and great energy. Promote this kid he’s representing McDonald’s in such a positive way

I would highly recommend whoever is travelling from sea to sky highway do not visit MCdonald in squamish. Their customer service is so bad . Even the manager named Eddy is so so rude to the customers there is no smile and no greeting on his face and ask for extra Mac chicken sauce just gave me one .. i have worked at MCD as well thats not how we taught to interact with customers. I think eddy doesn’t deserve this position he needs a training again
I ordered a poutine one day, and the portion was the smallest I have ever seen. The amount of fries that I got was less than the small fries. I told them about it, they got the manager to take a look, and the manager told me it is the standard portion. But he can re portion it for me, I decline because I don't want to seem like I'm just asking more food, if it is standard, then it's standard. (I can tell it's bs tho, cuz the poutine box was not even 1/2 full lmfao)
Then the next day I ordered large fries, I don't even want to complain anymore, this time I took pictures, and I'll just let pictures do the talking. Yeah...... I gotten more fries than that by ordering a small fries from other places...
