- RKRamandeep KaurOct 17, 20251.0I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Subway store on 17 October 2025 at approximately 8:00 PM. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by the staff member on duty, and instead was met with an unfriendly demeanor and what appeared to be a disapproving facial expression. Throughout the interaction, I remained polite and respectful, yet the service I received was unprofessional and discourteous. When I politely requested that my sandwich be toasted a second time, the staff member initially refused, stating it would make the sandwich hard. After I confirmed that I was fine with that, she reluctantly agreed, but did so with a visible expression of annoyance and responded, “Your wish,” in a dismissive tone. This has been my go-to location for quite some time, but after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering returning. It is disheartening to receive such treatment, especially as a loyal customer. I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any food establishment, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking during my visit. I hope that the ownership and management team will take this feedback seriously and address the issue appropriately with the staff involved. Failing to do so may result in further loss of customer trust and business. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in service should I choose to return in the future
