I just dined in at the store. The manager there is very rude; he doesn’t communicate properly when speaking to customers and shows no courtesy. Despite all the negative reviews, they still seem to have no plans to change.

Something very fishy going on here, the food from this specific location is just off, something weird going on. I've been to lots of other McDonald's but this one tastes just weird. Not the pleasing McDonald's flavours I usually have, but a very stale and unfresh taste. Have tried this location multiple times, and food taste stale and occasionally smells like cleaning products.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at one of your locations on Christmas Day at around 1:45 p.m., while using the drive-thru.
While placing our order, the employee SASHI taking the order was extremely rude and impatient. We were still in the middle
of ordering when he suddenly interrupted us and said that our order was done and told us to move ahead, without allowing us to complete our order. When we tried to explain, he became irritated and spoke to us in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner for no valid reason.
This experience was very upsetting, especially since we were on a trip to Whistler and had stopped to get food to enjoy our day. Instead, this interaction completely ruined the start of what was supposed to be a happy holiday. Being treated this way on Christmas Day was very disappointing and not what I expect from McDonald’s customer service.
I understand that working during the holidays can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I hope this matter is looked into and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure better customer service in the future.

I was in middle of my order and the guy taking order his name was Sashi. He just said us to go away and we didn’t even complete our order. He was using abusive words in his native language. Way too rude. I just wish they take some steps to avoid this situation. We wish that guy Sashi should not be associated with mcdonalds, people come with image of mcdonalds as friendly and family oriented place.
