Every time we order a decf coffee they say it’s 2-3 minutes and we waite for 10 minute's and today it was 12minute my hubby went into McDonald’s and talk too them they said they would talk the manger and he said no I already tried too do that ! He said too them this unacceptable! ! But yet when we go too the ferine one it’s way better and fast ! 😡

The issue here is the upgraded large orange juice pictured was basically colored water with no taste. Took that back and they said to try the apple juice. A supervisor came back to the table and said is this your OJ, I said yes She said that is our calibration here at this McDonald's and she had worked at other locations where it was not calibrated like that and they went "through more product". Well, serving water is NOT cool or justified when you are paying for orange juice.

Not only did they get the order wrong It wasn’t even close to what I ordered, which was a double quarter pounder with cheese, and I received a big Mac which I absolutely despise. It wasn’t until I was a little bit out of town to where I realized and it’s not worth me going back. Friendly staff, but gotta start paying attention to what they’re doing
