Maybe that's McDonald's policy but they were super rude about it. They also charged $0.30 per pack of chicken sauce. I feel bad for the people of sparwood for having a McDonald's like this. With rude staff. No other choice. I guess the people of sparwood have to put up with it.

Just empty apologies and no offer to make right. Gave my order to wrong customer this time, so not only had to wait for order initially (takes twice as long here to make than Fernie location) had to wait for it to be made a second time in store (was a drive through customer). Food also cooled as recieved partial products throughout not all at once. Have had something wrong with order past three times as well, that unfortunately didn't discover til to late. Always check your orders before leaving drive through! Pathetic quality control and service.
