The McDonalds coffee and breakfast wraps are awesome but the plugs on the side of the booths aren't working. I was trying to charge my phone and both plugs aren't working.

Not sure what the hell goes on with how they make their coffee at this location but it's such a gamble when it comes to consistently getting reasonable coffee here.
Some days it's great; other days it's watered down swill with milk and sugar added.
I cant imagine this is a very complicated process to achieve consistent coffee in a fast food setting; so it says to me the managers at this location are not training their staff properly.
Wont be stopping here for morning coffee anymore; Tim Hortons seems to be more consistent for drive-thru coffee.

Mobile app bugged out charging me twice contacted mcdonalds support about it and they directed me to the manager who did not want to seem to deal with the problem at all trying to deflect the issue blaming it on being lost in the cloud despite the transaction being fully processed by the bank and McDonalds and he has just phoned me back after saying he looked into it refusing the refund and directly telling me to report the transaction as fraud with my bank
