Bragged to a customer how they didn't like someone so they charged them for 4 reusable bags when they only bought one. Disgusting behavior. Was reported to a supervisor, hoping this person does not reflect the values of your organization

If you need to get by a customer in the check out lane, then SAY SOMETHING. Say excuse me, i’m behind you, just squeezing by, just going around you. Literally anything but pushing past people. Staff need to communicate not push past. Use your words its not that hard.
